Terms of Service

1. The Service

LUNA Tarot (the “Service”) is an online relationship self-reflection service. You choose a question and draw tarot cards, which serve purely as a reflective prompt; an AI guide persona, “Luna,” then produces an interpretive, emotional-reflection narrative (content is generated with AI assistance).

The Service is a tool for entertainment and self-reflection only. Readings do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and do not guarantee any prediction of future events. Please do not rely on readings as the sole basis for important decisions. If you are in crisis, please seek professional help.

2. Eligibility

If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who has read and accepted these Terms. Using the Service means you (or your guardian) have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You may register with an email address or a Google account. Keep your account secure; activity through your account is deemed to be yours. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

4. Free and Paid Plans

New members receive a free starting allowance (equivalent to 30 credits); each feature (reading, follow-up, extra card, report) consumes allowance at published rates, and the daily draw is free. A monthly subscription (NT$299 per month) provides a monthly service allowance and advanced features; actual contents and price are as published on the pricing page.

The in-app “credits” are only an internal unit for measuring usage. They have no stored monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash; we do not sell credits separately. We may adjust rates, granted allowances, plan contents and prices; changes take effect after being announced on the website and do not apply retroactively to a current paid term.

5. Billing & Refunds

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; your card details are handled by that provider under its security standards, and we do not store your full card number. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges, and your benefits remain until the end of the current paid term. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• scrape or bulk-access the Service with bots or automated tools;
• circumvent free-allowance limits, or disrupt the Service’s operation;
• submit unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful or otherwise inappropriate content;
• impersonate others, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service’s design, text, images, card-meaning database and generated content are owned by us or our licensors. You may keep and share your own reading results for personal, non-commercial use; you may not reproduce, adapt or commercially exploit the Service’s content without permission. Content you submit is licensed to us solely as needed to provide the Service.

8. Service Changes & Limitation of Liability

We aim to keep the Service stable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the current term.

9. Changes & Governing Law

We may revise these Terms when necessary; revisions are posted here with an updated date, and material changes are highlighted on the site. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan); the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute.
