Refund Policy

LUNA Tarot sells access to a digital content service (a monthly subscription). Because access to the service is provided immediately upon purchase, the following refund terms apply.
Unused subscriptions — 7-day refund
If you purchase a subscription and have not used any paid session (reading, follow-up, extra card, or report) during the current term, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us.
After use
Once you have started using paid sessions in a term, that term’s fee is non-refundable. However, you can cancel at any time: cancellation stops all future charges, and your benefits remain active until the end of the current paid term.
Free allowance & credits
Free credits and any in-app usage allowance have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash; they are therefore not subject to refund.
How to request a refund
Email lunatarot.tw@gmail.com with the email address used for your account and your order/receipt details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
